This publication tells the unique story of the large architectural ensemble of Chêne Pointu, a district of Clichy-sous-Bois, the town where author Éric Reinhardt grew up and which had a profound impact on his childhood.
The writer invited artists, photographers, authors, designers, filmmakers, and historians, with or without a personal connection to the city, to design an artistic project while the latter is undergoing a major urban renovation plan. Before these urban changes occur, these stories allow us to discover the multiple facets of this neighborhood and its inhabitants, from the real to the imaginary, and keep the diversity of its memories alive. This book is part of the Mémoires project initiated by the town of Clichy-sous-Bois.
