William Klein

William Klein YES - Limited edition - Barbershop

On the occasion of the upcoming publication William Klein – Yes (French version, in January 2023), we are offering a limited edition box set including the book with a choice between two photographs, each printed in 15 copies. This collector edition includes the following print: Antonia + Simone, Barbershop, New York, 1962 (Vogue).

The ultimate monograph William Klein – Yes, testifies to a prolific and multimedia body of work, through nearly 400 pages, from the first abstract series to his films and painted contacts as well as the iconic series of New York, Rome, Tokyo, Paris, Moscow and his fashion photographs, including many unpublished. Like his previous publications, this book with its highly graphic layout was conceived with the complicity of the artist, who followed the editing and the layout through the end alongside Pierre-Louis Denis and Tiffanie Pascal who run his studio. To accompany these images, a long essay by David Campany, director of the International Center of Photography in New York, offers a rereading of all the work of William Klein since his beginnings.
