Marie Pellaton

Graphic designer trained at the Basel School of applied arts, Marie Pellaton focuses mostly on designing books and catalogues, and more recently floras and animal guides. In the cultural field, her exhibition catalogues include Qui a peur des femmes photographes ? (2015) and Frédéric Bazille, la jeunesse de l'impressionisme (2016), published by the Musée d'Orsay.

She creates her own fonts and draws for her graphic productions. Her artistic research consists in observing, giving rhythm, tempo and order to day-to-day objects: a sensitive taxonomy of the scientific.
