Karolina Ziebinska-Lewandowska

Following her position as curator at the Zacheta National Gallery of Art in Warsaw for eleven years, she holds, since 2014, the same position at the Photography department of the Musée National d’Art Moderne – Centre Pompidou in Paris, France. She is the co-curator with Clément Chéroux of the exhibition Qu'est-ce que la photographie ? (2015).

Doctor in history of arts, with a focus on photography history, she is also the co-founder of the Archaeology of Photography Foundation, which mission is to preserve the photographic archives in Poland.
