An art historian and critic, Jean-Pierre Criqui works at the Centre Pompidou where he is in charge of the Service de la Parole (conferences, debates and seminars) and chief editor of Cahiers of the Musée National d’Art Moderne. He is the author of many texts and books on contemporary art, including Un trou dans la vie. Essais sur l’art depuis 1960 (Desclée de Brouwer, 2002) and Wim Delvoye (Ides & Calendes/SuperVision, 2009). He directs the “Vues” collection at Éditions Macula.
