Kyunghee Lee

Born in Busan, South Korea, Kyunghee Lee holds a doctorate in Arts from Busan National University. She studied photography at the International Center for Photography in New York, including with American photographer Mary Ellen Mark. She has published three books in Korea and Japan : Island (2008), The Seventh Sense (2012), and Film Map (2017). Her title in the collection Des oiseaux (On birds, 2023) is her first publication in Europe. Her work is regularly exhibited internationally, including in China, the United States, the Netherlands and Australia.
