Born out of a dialogue between Japanese electronic composer and visual artist, Ryoji Ikeda, and American mathematician, Benedict Gross, V (est différent de) L is a radical, sophisticated work which attempts to establish a common language between the aesthetic sublime and mathematical research.

This book-object comes in a plexiglas case with a transparent glass, nine photo plates of the work exhibited late 2008 at the Laboratoire in Paris, and a collection of critical essays of 120 pages.
