With a doctorate in art history, Julie Jones is curator at the Photography Department of the National Museum of Modern Art – Centre Pompidou in Paris. She has taught at the University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne and at the National School of Decorative Arts in Paris. Curator of several exhibitions, including “Louis Stettner”, with Clément Chéroux (Centre Pompidou, 2016), “Il y a de l'autre”, with Agnès Geoffray (Rencontres d'Arles, 2016), “Photographisme. Klein, Ifert, Zamecznik” with Karolina Ziebinska-Lewandowska (Centre Pompidou, 2017), “Brancusi. Sculptures, Photographs, Films, Drawings”, at the Multimedia Art Museum of Moscow (2017), “Shunk-Kender” (Centre Pompidou, 2019), “L’image et son double” (Centre Pompidou, 2021), "Visiones Expandidas" (CaixaForum, 2023), "Moï Ver" (Centre Pompidou, 2023).
